Large Pacific Oysters

Our Large Pacific Oysters are grown in the cool waters of southern Australia. They have a clean, oceanic, briny flavour, offering a milder flavour profile than the richer character of our Sydney Rock oysters.

Enjoy them natural on the half shell, add your favourite dressing, Kilpatrick, or grill them with garlic butter. Their size and texture make them a versatile choice for both fresh and cooked preparations.

We shuck our oysters daily and also offer them live and unopened for those who prefer to shuck their own.
